Our Story

The vision for 12HourFit was born from a patient who spent years in and out of hospitals, experiencing firsthand the extraordinary dedication of nurses, CNAs, and healthcare professionals.

Through long shifts, sleepless nights, and constant pressure, one thing stood out above all else — the compassion, resilience, and unwavering commitment these professionals showed every single day. They were the first to comfort, the first to encourage, and often the last to leave. They weren’t just doing a job — they were changing lives. Healthcare also took the brunt of the patients’ frustration, quickly learning that not only is it a hard profession, it is a thankless profession.

But there was something else that caught our attention.

Despite the demanding nature of their work, healthcare professionals found ways to express themselves through their style.
