12HourFits Affiliate Privacy Policy

12HourFit LLC, doing business as 12HourFits (“12HourFits,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects the privacy of affiliates, ambassadors, creators, and promotional partners participating in the 12HourFits Affiliate Program.

We may collect information you provide when applying to or participating in the program, including your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, social media information, website information, payment details, tax information, and communications with us.

We may also collect affiliate activity such as referral links, coupon codes, clicks, referral traffic, qualifying purchases, commission amounts, tier status, payment history, refunds, cancellations, returns, chargebacks, and other program activity.

We may automatically collect certain technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, login activity, cookies, referral source, and other usage information.

12HourFits and its service providers may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to identify affiliate referrals, track clicks, attribute qualifying purchases, maintain affiliate sessions, prevent fraud, and measure program performance.

We use affiliate information to manage accounts, process applications, track referrals, calculate commissions, determine tier status, process payments, maintain tax records, communicate program updates, provide support, prevent fraud, enforce program rules, and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

We may share information with service providers that help operate the Affiliate Program, including affiliate management platforms, payment processors, website hosting providers, email providers, analytics providers, accounting professionals, tax providers, legal advisors, fraud prevention services, and technical support providers.

12HourFits may use GoAffPro to operate and manage the Affiliate Program. GoAffPro may process affiliate account information, referral activity, order attribution, commission information, payment settings, cookies, device information, and tracking data. Information processed by GoAffPro may also be subject to GoAffPro's own privacy practices.

12HourFits may also use Stripe and other payment providers to process customer transactions and related payment information. These providers process information according to their own privacy policies.

U.S. affiliates may be required to provide a completed Form W-9 or other tax information before receiving payment. Tax information may be used for payment administration, accounting, and legal reporting requirements.

12HourFits does not sell affiliate personal information for monetary consideration. We may disclose information when necessary to operate the Affiliate Program, prevent fraud, comply with law, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights and security of 12HourFits, our customers, affiliates, or others.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no online system or electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We may retain affiliate information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the program, complete payments, process refunds or chargebacks, meet tax and accounting requirements, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.

Affiliates may request to update or correct certain personal information associated with their account. Depending on applicable law, affiliates may also have rights to request access to or deletion of certain personal information. Some information may need to be retained for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or contractual reasons.

The 12HourFits Affiliate Program is intended for individuals who are legally able to enter into binding agreements. Individuals under 18 should not participate without any consent required by applicable law.

12HourFits may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through the affiliate portal, email, the 12HourFits website, or another reasonable method.
